Delivery Loss / Damage Insurance
All Quantum Scalar Energy Pendants undergo rigorous testing and inspection before it is then carefully packaged before leaving our warehouses.
Do take note that we are not liable for any damages that occur when items are couriered to said buyer. However, all buyers have the option of purchasing P&P Carriage Insurance prior to delivery.
Please Note: Before receiving and signing for your package, kindly note all damages beforehand (if any).
Delivery / Shipping
The shipping cost of all products is $34.95 unless otherwise stated in the product page. Because Carriage Insurance is optional, it is vital that all buyers understand that all postal / courier / goods in transit are not the responsibility of our Company.
Should your package incur damage and the Carriage Insurance has been paid for prior to delivery, do let us know the problem within 24 hours of said delivery in order to prevent voiding the warranty or insurance claim.
In the event that there are any issues concerning the product or its packaging, kindly contact us immediately and we will do our upmost best to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

How do I place an order?
There are two methods of placing an order with Fusion Excel Pendants:
A. Order online with our shopping cart:
You just need to add the products you wish to purchase into your shopping cart and then checkout.
B. Email ordering:
Please fill up the contact form with the detailed information of what you want to order including item name, quantity, shipping address etc. You can also fill in the order form and send it to us at email@example.com. We will tell you the total cost after receiving your order via the contact form or email.
You can make your order via either of the above methods. However, we recommend you place your order online through our shopping cart as it is faster to process and expedite your order.
Can I place an order for products that are unavailable?
Yes, you can. Simply contact us using our contact form or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for your order as soon as stocks arrive.
What payment options do I have?
We accept payments through Paypal or Credit card.
How soon can I receive my order?
Once your payment has been approved, we will ship it out to you in 24 hours. It then takes between 3 to 10 business days for your products to arrive by courier, depending on your location.
What if the product is damaged on arrival?
If your product shows damage on arrival, you may open it in the presence of the driver or at least bring it to his/her attention when signing for the item. If possible, try to obtain a photograph of the damaged package. Contact us immediately via our contact form or email (email@example.com) and retain all packaging materials. In the meantime, call the delivery company and tell them about the breakage and all relevant information.
There are two possibilities from then on. First, we may ask you to send the products back to us and we will arrange for a replacement. The second possibility is where we send you a replacement of the products without you sending the damaged ones back to us. Please contact us and we will inform you of which option will be taken in your case. Whatever the case, your purchase is completely protected within the terms of our return policy (see below).
Please note the option to return a damaged product is valid within 10 days after delivery arrives. Details of the return policy are stated below. Under normal circumstances, we encourage you to buy insurance to cover the shipment.
What is your policy on return of products and refund of payment?
(1) Defective or Damaged Products. We will accept returns on purchases within 10 days after delivery arrival. All defective products can be returned for refund or replacement. Please email us of your intention to receive either a refund or replacement and we shall respond to you with instructions accordingly.
(2) Non-defective Products. Products that are not defective can be returned for replacement, but you must apply within 7 days from the date of arrival of the product.
Prior to returning the product, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization and we shall respond to you with instructions.
All products returned to Fusion Excel Pendants must be securely packaged in the proper shipping materials and marked ‘For return products’ and reach us without damage. In the event of return of products, buyers will be responsible for any shipping cost incur.
